Joldal Residency

My experience here is really very good, we stayed for three nights and the amount paid is worthy for our stay. In first floor room was not that clean so we requested for a room change. And the guy named Kiran helped us in changing the room and even helped us in keeping the luggage for one day with safety tags. So, overall its a good experience, nice location, located near to Chikmagalur bus stand. but, those who are planning to come with your family think twice before booking here because there is a Wineshop next to the hotel entrance. But, still its a good choice to book here because of the price ranges and the room cleanliness.

There is only one guy at receptionist, he doesn't know how to maintain a customer relationship, i think they hired him for just to reply to customers who are staying there, but there is another guy named Kiran, who helped us and favored all our requests. He even helped us in keeping the luggage's for the Non-booked days very safely.

Overall experience was good. Price was little high as compared to the area.
