Staff was helpful. suggested few places nearby for breakfast. promised to keep a watch on my luggage until taxi arrived.

I think basic toiletries should be provided alongside towels and napkins. Unfortunately I didn't pack my towel thinking it would be provided by staff but it wasn't. It's not a problem for me per se but it's the only thing I can think of.

Location was good, also staff was also really supportive.

The only problem was with room, that I found some bedbugs in my room. They need to fix this.
