"Bad and horrible. Would never suggest this hotel to anybody."

Nothing about bfast. As it was not a part of package and nobody asked us also if we want it.

Shabbiest hotel, poor service, untrained staff, lack of cleanliness. No fresh towels, hand soap, bath mat kept in the room. Everything was same which was used by last guest who stayed in the room. Use of lift not allowed on 4th floor and guests are expected to climb one floor with luggage.
