Never got my room cleaned for the 5 nights.

The only problem was that the washroom sink was not working properly, otherwise all good

Location is perfect Near by beach Dot on titos lane Rooms are big and clean Staffs are very polite and helpful 24hrs service

Rooms has balcony but no views No sea food at hotel (you can get nearby)

Behaviour of their staff members. They will help you in any sort of things. They are polite and helpful. Food is nice. Washrooms are clean. Location is very good.

This hotel is very close to Baga Beach, just a 2-minute walk.

Cleaning The location is excellent with easy beach access, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The room has a balcony, but towels are being washed and dried there, causing a bad smell as soon as you step out. This could be very off-putting for customers. Additionally, the bed sheets are not clean, and the room smells unpleasant. I had to call the reception to request an air freshener. The remote control batteries for both the air conditioner and TV are not working properly. Despite my complaints to the reception, no action has been taken.
