Hotel Baba Inn-By RCG Hotels

The hotel staff were accommodating with our late check-in and very helpful with our luggage-related requests.

The bathrooms are functional, but their upkeep could be improved.

The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Despite all the negatives I felt the staff were trying their best

The rooms we had didn't look like the pictures, the sink leaked and the shower covered the whole bathroom with water. The info said toiletries provided, this turned out to be just a bar of soap. There were old mattresses dumped half way up the stairs and it was very noisy inside. I could hear every conversation from the room next door. The room had no windows, but had a glass panel above the door which let light into the room all night long. The location was a little strange with locked gates preventing access in the evenings leading to long walks around

The staff where fantastic and the safety was great.

It looked nothing like the pictures, it was run down and dirty. The shower was awful with no hot water or shower mat, very dangerous as the water just sat all over the floor. The towels although had clearly been washed where a bit smelly and had marks on them as did the bedding walls and furniture.

Nice room. Nice price. Super staff
