Staff courtesy was excellent. Facilities require upgrade to meet 3 STAR or 4 STAR standard. Old building, noise of other room wash room fleshing. Noise can be heard from other rooms.

Facility require upgrade to help maintain privacy and need to improve furnishing to become a star facility.

A/C was not working properly.hence we di t had proper sleep. We dint got hot water to bath.Water was very mild hot.

The hotel was in a good location, close to the major spots like Padmanabhaswamy temple and the local markets. Our room was clean and comfortable. Locks on the doors were sturdy which kept us feeling secured during the stay as we were two female travellers. We opted to eat at the Easter buffet in the restaurant below and it was the best Kerala meal we've had in our whole trip. It was simply delightful! The staff was very generous and sweet. Overall it was a perfect stay and we will definitely stay in the same hotel everytime we visit. :)

It is a small, clean hotel in a quiet area but close to city centre. Recommended for short stays.

Breakfast had just 4 or 5 vadas, left over chutney and sambar. And they charged 500 rupees
