Funcionários muito simpáticos. Hotel provavelmente recentemente renovado e decorado com muito bom gosto. Quartos são pequenos, mas confortáveis e muito bonitos. O jardim do hotel parece um paraíso no meio da cidade. Tem parque privativo junto ao hotel (um luxo em Vigo...).
