"Hotel is ok, except that the staff are unfriendly"

Centrally located, near bus stand. convenient.

Staff attitude is bad. Though I have made the full payment is advance thru booking.com, the front desk staff did not accept. They demanded my bank transaction details and made me wait for more than hour, as they wanted to check with the bank or somebody who was sitting somewhere else.... AT the time of check out again they demanded some additional amount in the name of "convenience fee"
