They charged me 30%extra very dissapointed by oyo

Location as it is not fit for family.

Even though I got a booking confirmation on your app, when I reached the hotel, they said no room was available. And I had to go some other hotel.

Owner refused to provide room on your booking, at 8 pm night I was moving here and there to search room and calling no which was provided by you was not attending my call

We have booked 3 rooms online, after reaching to hotel which is in very bad area, no proper road, their staff give us only 2 rooms and said you will manage in rooms. We managed some how in 2 room. At 12;30 am in night their staff come to room and asked for payment. We said we have taken 2 rooms only so charge as per that. He said No, you have to pay for 3 rooms only otherwise leave our hotel at 1am in night. Very very horrible experience. We want our one room charges back. There is lot of mosquito in the room. NO PROPER VENTILATION. Very bad service and staff. They blackmail at night for leaving the hotel and charged extra
