Pao Hotel

The location was perfect. Everything was super close. The hotel was very new. Was only open for 1 week. So you would expect a very clean and nice hotel. But this was not the case. The beds were big.

When we entered the room the toilet was dirty, there were brown stains on the toilet seat and the sink. How is this possible if it's a new hotel? We told them and they said they would clean it, but it still wasn't very clean after. In the morning we went down to check out at 8 am and wanted to have the breakfast that was included. The staff said we weren't aloud to have breakfast anymore as we already checked out. This was very strange. We got the manager involved and we got the breakfast that we were entitled to. But it was the worst breakfast we had in 4 weeks of Vietnam. The staff in general was not really helpful. They don't do bike rental. While the city is good to explore on bikes. So you can tell that the hotel is new and the staff and organisation still needs time to get everything sorted.
