Hotel La Heid des Pairs

Nice small hotel with stylish rooms and large green territory in a quite neighborhood on the elevated part of the city. Big comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast. Attentive staff.

There are some hotel industry standards when it comes to the check-in and check-out time. Check-in usually starts between 14 and 15, check-out - 11 and 12. Here it is 15.30 (untill 19.00) and 10.30 which is quite restrictive (even for a boutique hotel). In the description of the hotel you can find bicycle rental among activities. In the reality, you can’t rent them in the hotel (only in the city of Spa). Luckily, we found it out right before leaving home and took our own bikes. It was also possible to park them in the shed in the hotel territory. The rooms don’t have black-out curtains. In the very early morning you can be waken up by the sun. Sleep mask is highly recommended

Le calme.

Les horaires pour le côté spa ainsi que l’impossibilité d’avoir un petit déjeuner avant 8h00 du matin. Nous avons dû réserver le petit déjeuner au Vandervalck Hôtel. Le lustre était poussiéreux et pas bien accroché au plafond. Peinture écaillée à plusieurs endroits sur les murs et le plafond. Odeurs de cuisines pas très agréable dans les couloirs. Le confort du divan lit pour mon fils de 12 ans était très limite… il était important qu’il ait une bonne nuit ayant une compétition sportive importante le lendemain…. Pour notre expérience, ne vaut pas la note annoncée au départ.

L'accueil, l'amabilité du personnel, le cadre verdoyant, la grandeur de la chambre et de la salle de bains, la propreté.

Rien, hormis l impossibilité de se connecter au wii-fi malgré le code reçu.

Accueil du personnel aux petits soins / chambre avec vue sur le jardin et la nature / C'est aussi un restaurant (pas besoin de ressortir le soir)
