"Poor customer service, rude reception staff, and a very disappointing first impression."

Very disappointing experience. The biggest issue was the attitude of the night receptionist. He appeared more interested in his mobile phone than in assisting guests. He did not welcome me, did not explain any hotel information, did not tell me where or when breakfast was served, and provided no information about the facilities. He only asked for my name, did not even check my ID, and simply threw the key card on the counter and told me to find the room myself. This was one of the most unprofessional and unfriendly hotel check-ins I have ever experienced. The service I received was far below what I would expect from a hotel. The hotel's response to my complaint was a generic apology that failed to address the receptionist's behavior or acknowledge the seriousness of the issue.
