Ramoji Film City- Sitara Luxury Hotel

The staff at the front desk, in the restaurants and in the health spar were friendly and attentive. The food was very good. The lobby is a show stopper and the pool is impressive.

The room really wasn't 4 star. Admittedly it was one of their cheeper rooms but it really wasn't cheep! The room was in need of updating. It smelt of smoke when I got there so the person showing me the room sprayed it with an air freshner to disguise the smell - that wasn't a good start. The air conditioning was too cold and very noisy, when I tried to adjust the settings it stopped working and I had to get someone to fix it. It seemed to only have a very noisy and cold on-switch or a too hot sweaty and off-switch. This meant the room was uncomfortable to be in. What was most disappointing was the bed. When you sat on it, the springs popped. Luxury it was not...Overall, the room was a very poor experience to an otherwise excellent experience in the communal parts of the hotel. Suggestion: consider, putting seating for customers at the travel desk, as the service was variable and often slow, it would be helpful to have somewhere for the customer to sit, this would also be helpful so they are at the same level as the staff at the travel desk during operational organisation.
