Hotel El Magnifico

Great location, very clean facility, friendly staff, very accomodating, great breakfast, thankyou for your hospitality, it was great experience.

Can you please use some room fragrances, the camphor smell was very strong.

First of all, their staff was so friendly and supportive especially the receptionist guy who helped us with excellent information and his enthusiasm, we greatly appreciated. Secondly, the facilities, hygiene and furnishing ... All over our expectation. Last thing is its location is opposite the exit of railway station. We stayed one night more than planned

We had nothing to dislike

Breakfast was adequate. More cut fruit, variety and choice would improve the breakfast. Museli, granola, would be nice! Choice different bread etc. Dinner was limited but good whatever was served. Service was excellent and staff were friendly.

The biggest improvement could be made in the bathroom. Need a shower curtain/screen so the spray of water does not go everywhere. The floor area of the shower is quite slippery particularly and quite hazardous.

Could of had tea/coffee in room, or at least a kettle, However when asked for hot-water they obliged.

Best is surrounded all restaurant and near station and my work is walking distance
