1 room was smelly. They fix it. No toilet rolls on bathrooms. U have to ask which is very unusual . Staff is excellent . All of them . . Breaksfat paranthas are too thick. Can make some improvements. Hotel is amazing with great staff

"The Best in Surat in all aspects ."

Location : Just Opposite to Railway Station & 3 minutes walkable distance from Bus stand. There is no view from Road / Station. But once you enter excellent, From Front Desk to Room show , Check in, Luggage transfer, Room, Facilities , Restaurant , Buffet Breakfast , Staff , Cleaning etc. Professional & Personalize service. Once you check in there will not be any disturbances even though it is in the middle of every thing. If they add Non Veg dishes in their menu ... nothing to stay more.. Myself visiting Surat from last 15 years, stayed in different hotels , but El Magnifico is Superbbb..
