The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The view and time spent on the balcony were also fantastic.

The entire hotel is quite old and it is evident that no investments have been made for a long time. There was mold in our first room. Fortunately, we were given another room. Two mice lived there at night, which cost us some sleep. In terms of construction, our room was once really chic: it was on two floors and very spacious. Unfortunately, the height and spaciousness also make cleaning difficult, which cannot be overlooked.

Tidak ada staff standby di villa. Listrik sempat mati hampir 2 jam, tidak ada staff yg handle, setelah di whatsapp dan di telpon 2x, baru mereka respons dan datang ke villa, padahal cuman menaikkan mcb yg turun saja, bukan mati dari pln. Ada dua nomor whataspp, yg satu nomor tidak response, pagi baru respons malah bertanya "apakah listriknya sudah nyala?"

Полы были грязные настолько, что мы ходили в тапочках. Подушки были настолько неудобные и твердые, что нужно постараться такие найти. Весь номер просто кишит гусеницами и пауками. Я конечно отдаю себе отчет, что я нахожусь на Бали и насекомые это норма - но такое количество я не видел ни на одной вилле. 1 кондиционер на такую площадь дома не охлаждал абсолютно. Посуда была как будто не мытая, вся в налете. Одеяло видимо за такую цену 80$ / ночь пожалели положить, дали просто простыню. Ну и главное что меня добило - завтрак был НЕ включен. Хотя у моих друзей, которые останавливались в соседнем, более дешевом номере завтрак был включен - непонятно.

The view is nice amazing, sea breeze in the house. As I am far away where all the local boats are, it is not noisy. The pool was occupied on the day I arrived and kids were playing, as I am not near the pool therefore I don’t get the noise. Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Made is the service staff who is very service oriented, he ensured guests’ requests were provided accordingly promptly, I giving Made his 5 stars service. As well as other staff in the resort who went all their means to make this guest feels at home. In addition, I have no complaints about the varieties of breakfast they have which is quite standard.

Too many -the villa is not well maintained -housekeeping job is very badly done, on my first day of arrival I used wipes to clean bedside table, it is all black. -the bath tube is there but with the condition, I don’t think many people want to get into it -water ponding at the sink console -the bedsheets were stained with lizard droppings -the floor was dusty and the room floor at the attic was sticky. Of all the above, QC were not done proper before guests arrival. This standard provided by the resort deserves a zero star. -my stuff in my baggage were attacked by the rats residing in the house, though I don’t see them in day but they are around in the nite and they roamed around at the attic where the bedroom is (villa 2) As the villa is located at beach front, insects are unavoidable. Guests should make some precautions. Minimise staying outside in the evening as this is the time where some insects can be very much active. I have gotten sand flies attack on my arms and legs and it caused allege on my skin. Fortunately I have allergy pills ready and cream but this uncomfortable conditions take weeks to go off. Therefore, please take dual care on this aspect as this can spoil the trip. Last thing to add, Booking.com customer service is very satisfactory. As I found better price in other platform which is 35% lower what I had paid with non-cancellation clause but Booking.com try their best to negotiate with the agent, unfortunately the agent is too rigid without compromising and he put across that I requested the cancellation due to lower price found somewhere else. Honestly, I did not even try to conceive this facts and this was an open understanding and that was why this discussion was brought up. I hope this agent of this resort be more customer oriented or be more tactful with his words.
