Poca attenzione ai problemi del cliente: avevo dimenticato la carta aziendale e non hanno accettato un pagamento con bonifico. Ho mandato prima del soggiorno dati per fatturazione , ho chiesto di fate fattura la sera prima: la mattina successiva la fattura non era pronta e non trovavano i dati

Posizione perfetta, posto silenziosissimo, appartamento pulito e con tutto il necessario. Personale molto gentile.

Materasso per noi un po' duro, divano letto non comodissimo per i ragazzi.

"Für einenn kurzen Aufenthalt ist es immer ein Tipp"

Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal und sehr zentral gelegen. Ich wußte vorher nicht, das ein Musikfestival am Übernachtungstag stattfand. War aber kein Problem, weil für jeden Musikgeschmack etwas dabei war. Es war ein sehr guter Abend. Das privat geführte Hotel hatte eine ausgezeichnete Kommunikation und stand stetz für die Beantwortung der Fragen zur Verfügung.

Der Öffnungsbereich der Dusche war für meinen Oberkörper etwas zu klein dimensionier. Es tat dem Reinigungsprozess allerdings keinen Abbruch.
