Cleanliness

The drawback is that they never told us that the timings of the stay were due on 11:00 am of the next day. They didn't inform us about that policy of their hotel and we thought that we are going to stay for 24 hrs so we didn't had external preparations if they had told us priorly we would have more attentive regarding the timings and our stay at the city at the last moment they told us to check out without even giving a proper explanation and we had nowhere to go... And at that moment we regretted staying at that hotel..
