Sehr geehrtes Hotelteam, ich möchte mich herzlich für den sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel in Baku bedanken. Es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit – das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, und alle Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, Ali . Er hat uns bei allen Fragen immer freundlich weitergeholfen, uns den Weg zu verschiedenen Orten erklärt und uns auch beim Rufen eines Taxis unterstützt. Sein Service war wirklich ausgezeichnet und hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Vielen Dank nochmals an das gesamte Team. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Оставались в этом отеле с семьёй, в целом всё очень понравилось.Номер был чистый, ничего лишнего, спокойно и комфортно.Персонал нормальный, не навязчивый, но если что-то нужно сразу помогают.Расположение удобное, до центра и разных мест легко добраться.Завтрак обычный, но всё свежее, голодным не останешься.Если коротко хорошее место без лишнего пафоса.Я бы спокойно приехал бы ещё раз.

الفندق هادي نظيف طاقم العمل مبتسم وخدوم مكان الإقامة قريب من الأماكن مشي أو عن طريق محطة ترام مشي ٥ دقايق .

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well prepared, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with any questions. I also liked the atmosphere of the hotel — it felt calm and welcoming. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the city. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience.

I have very good stay in this hotel. Staff was very kind and help us with baggages when we arrive. They also tell us many nice places in Baku to visit and it make our trip more interesting. Room was clean every day and very comfortable so always nice to come back and take rest after walking outside. Atmosphere in hotel was warm and friendly. We really enjoy staying here.
