The food was Good.

Not clean at all. No required things were available. No Service on time.

The room area was clean. The food in the restaurant was very nice and staff assisting at the restaurant and general room service were pleasant and helpful.

There was no hot water for evening showers. We were told hot water would commence at 5.30 in the morning but no hot water at 7am. Called reception again and were told they had turned the geyser on and would work in 20 minutes but it didn’t work and everyone including children had cold showers in all 4 rooms we booked. The toilet in one of the rooms did not flush and the “fix” did nothing to sort the issue. The manager on duty was downright rude. Our complaints resulted in him calling staff threatening to dock their pay and bullying on the assistant at reception. I told him I had not complained to get the staff in trouble but rather so they would address issues for future guests. He ended up yelling at us. A total zero for customer service and Sobti Hotel should investigated such rude and incompetent people in managerial positions.
