Cleaniness was good. Food was good. Staffs were good & helpful.

Water flow in head shower was not good. There was no curtain in bath area. So whole toilet get wet after taking bath.

House skipping and staff is very kind hearted and good behaviour and they are very responsive and food also good worth for money

Nothing it’s good to stay

The hotel smelled bad. The lift was right next to the kitchen. The dining room was in the lobby. The humidifier in the lobby mixed with the smell from the kitchen was so bad it made me gag everytime I passed the lobby. The mattress was so worn out, in short the beds were really uncomfortable. Alot if issues with the sockets, not having adaptors to connect our chargers. Overall id rather have paid abit more and stayed at the Hayat.

Magnifique hotel, personnel top ,très gentil et serviable.receptioniste très gentils. Donne envie d y revenir.je conseille a tous artilla inn
