Location, friendly staff, food, excellent taxi partners, ample parking space

Great food, every dish prepared separately, Traditionally. It was not one gravy fits all. Staff very courteous, every call answered quickly. Peaceful, felt wanted. Get lost in dreams. Clean rooms, shared area. Be yourself.

Location is a bit outside town - Tourists who dont have their own vehicle have to heavily depend on taxis

Breakfast and dinner has good options, the staff is well trained, polite and very helpful. The location in Shimla is just at right position, not too high or not too low which allows to have both vertical and valley views of the city.

The power buttons in the room are all over the places, the shower in my room was not good. Room lighting could've been better.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The view from the room was absolutely stunning and made the experience even more memorable. The food was delicious with a great variety, and every meal was a treat. The hospitality was top-notch – the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. I truly appreciated the comfort and care during my stay. Highly recommended!
