Morning Buffet Breakfast

Room Heater won’t work - Stayed in Room no 322 we took 4 rooms all has same complaints (Imagine in January 2nd week, temp 3% and after packing approx 20k this is the condition). Kettle won’t work in room no 322. Room Service is better in road side dhaba than this .. by 11:30 I ordered bread omelette, instantly I got call it can’t be done later within few seconds I got another call it can be done , so I told ok after waiting for 40 mins when I rang them again they told it can’t be done… idiotic room service. Note : Do check your bills properly as front office guy informed 650+tax for breakfast but in our check in form it’s clearly mentioned 600 rs. AVOID THIS HOTEL, IF YOU HAVE BETTER OPTIONS

Ambience & staff

Food quality was not good i have ordered chicken biryani & the taste was very bad I have complaint to hotel staff but they didn't compensate That was the worst experience I must say

Very clean and large rooms. They're also centrally heated which is a big plus. Staff are very friendly were ready to listen to our needs.

The NYE gala dinner could have been organized better. The food was initially served cold but was improved later based on our feedback.

Breakfast was fine, neither a lavish spread nor an under spread

Service was very slow. Hotel was over booked. We got only one room and another one after two hours of wait. Please note we reached only around 1.30 pm and not early. One room was fine other one was too small
