"🐀 Sleeping with rats 🐀"

There were both live and dead rats in the room, which is a major health, hygiene and safety concern. When I reported this to the reception and showed them pictures, they pretended to feel concerned, but offered no discount or compensation. This is inacceptable, especially considering that the ratio price / quality is already very high.
