Cockroach menace in first floor rooms

The room is spacious, and the hotel is in the heart of the city, parking though cramped was available. The breakfast was tasty.

No iorning table, no kettle in family room, no coffee/tea or milk powder, the wall paints were coming off, bathroom tiles were broken, the room looked quite run down.

Helpfull staff. Clean Room.

Minor details need to be looked into. Change of bed sheets. Water bottle . Had to request for room cleaning but it was done well. Electrical connection loose, exposed. It was addreesed on request.

Staff were polite and courteous, gave me a 24 hour window to stay since there wasn't much demand. Breakfast was really good with South Indian Dishes, tasty and fulfilling.

If it was near a railway station or a bus stand then it would have got brownie points.. but nothing to dislike it was still a on road property easy to find.

Location and restaurant .there were issues with toilet hand shower and fan regulator which got fixed immediately

Hotel in centre of the town

1) Quality of the room is bad - AC was not working, WIFI was not working 2) Changed to second room - Window was not closing properly and doors were banging for winds 3) Staffs were very rude when asked to change the room - Staff informed rooms will be like this only when booked at this rate in hotel booking portal. 4) Post booking I have requested for early arrival (at 5.30 AM) which was approved by the property, but during checkout day they told to checkout at 5.30 AM itself. We have been informed late checkout will be charged additional Rs. 1500/-. Overall not satisfied with this hotel accomodation.
