The hotel was okay , it was clean and comfortable, but they charged extra for taxes and late checkout. The customer service wasn't great either. Overall, it was an average experience.

Location was good, thats all.

Very dim lights, asked for study lamp 8-10 times, not provided. Slow services. Food quality not upto expectations. AC working at only one temp. level, couldn't increase or decrease AC temprature, Room slippers not provided.

"Really unsatisfied with the overall hotel."

The hotel cancelled our booking, at the last moment stating, they had to extend some medical clients. We were not even informed prior, the hotel cancel us literally 30 mins before check-in.
