The property was really clean and comfortable and the lady who cleaned the room was very dedicated. Also Viki was very friendly and helpful, she showed us how to get around and what local experiences should we try. The whole stay was really pleasant Will definitely come back

Location in the center of Fira. Excellent view! !

Everything was perfect!

Central location, very close to the Fira caldera and located in the main square. Heaps of food options just outside the accommodation. Supplementary packaged croissant and water provided daily in the room.

The location is excellent, in Fira centre square, easy to reach any destination from here using public transport. Facilities are exceptional, all that you need in the room:hairdryer, iron with a mini ironing board, bathrobe, slippers, coffee machine, mini fridge,air con,TV, safety box. On top of that, an amazing shared roof terrace to enjoy the views and relax. Room cleaning was done everyday to high standards. We arrived late, but Lindsay and Vicky were easy to reach and went the extra mile to accommodate us.

Nothing, except a bit of buzzing in the area, but not as loud as I was expecting, knowing the location is central. I kind of enjoyed it, we are in Santorini in full season.

Great location to explore Fira and close to the bus station and taxi rank. Lovely compact room and nicely made up with a comfortable bed.

Mainly it’s to do with the service provided than the properly itself which I feel is only fair to tell other travellers. On entry to the room after 3pm it has not been cleaned, the owner did seek to rectify immediately by upgrading to another room, however this was also not cleaned. I left my bag and went for a walk until it was ready which was fine but a bit annoying after flying early at 6am and feeling sweaty etc. When I came back in the evening, there were no big towels, just a hand towel and face cloth and it was too late to ask for them as I was heading on an early ferry the next morning. A 200ml bottle of wine was given as an apology which didn’t really seem to match up to the inconvenience. Coffee machine didn’t work for water despite tea bags present. Also, I would recommend not to book a transfer through the hotel. Cost 35 euro, wasn’t a private transfer, and had other people in it who went to the airport first, picking up more at the airport before going to the port when a taxi can cost 20-25 euro direct to the port with no traffic. Felt hoodwinked all round! Would not recommend for a longer stay - no hangers or wardrobe.
