Nefeles Luxury Suites

Beautiful sunset views, comfortable bed and wonderful staff. Breakfast brought to your room every morning is such a nice touch. They are very accommodating with booking transfers to/from airport and ferry terminal, and for excursions too. You are greeted street-side upon arrival, shown to the property and are helped with carrying your luggage. This property is very vertical so the help is a welcome gesture- lots of stairs.

Hot tub does not get hot. The step over the threshold into the bathroom of our room was hard to navigate and there are no electrical outlets in bathroom.

Établissement sur-vendu, sur-côté. A part la vue et le petit-déjeuner, rien à voir avec de la « Suite » et encore moins « Deluxe » !!! Tout à revoir, à faire et à restaurer. Du sol au plafond, tout est SHIP, vieux, cassé. Vendu avec baignoire, mais elle est inexistante (2 douches dans la même s-d-bains), lit à baldaquin « fait maison » et cassé, canapé-lit de récupération, stores genre IKEA, frigo vide (pas de boisson de Bienvenue), table de salon gondolée dégueulasse, parasol décrépi et troué…

But what truly elevates Nefeles above other luxury properties is Ion. He is genuinely one of the most helpful and caring hotel contacts we’ve ever encountered. Restaurant recommendations, ATV rentals, car rentals, private transfers to and from the hotel, boat excursions — Ion coordinated everything seamlessly and always made sure we were getting the best possible price. You can tell he truly cares about his guests having an exceptional experience, not just a comfortable room. If you’re planning a trip to Santorini, stop scrolling and book Nefeles. The stairs we really tough and the bathroom was very small.

Emplacement cœur de ville avec vue exceptionnelle sur la mer depuis la terrasse. Service parfait. Petite piscine depuis la chambre et jacuzzi. Petit déjeuner à la carte servi sur la terrasse.

Un petit bémol pour l'accès avec beaucoup de marches mais normal vu l'emplacement à flanc de falaise. En cas de vent terrasse non protégée donc inutilisable.

Realidade bem diferente do ponto de vista de conforto.
