Magnifique hôtel, très bon accueil. Petit déjeuner soigné, préparé maison et avec une tournante chaque jour (crêpes, gaufres, gâteau au carottes, mais aussi plats salés). Très belle piscine, mais il faisait trop froid (début mai) pour y aller, car en général les piscines ne sont pas chauffées. Nettoyage tous les jours, avec changement de serviettes. Prêt gratuit de serviettes pour la piscine ou une excursion.

Tout était très bien.

L'extrême gentillesse des 3 personnes de l'accueil. Elles sont très agréables, souriantes et serviables et de très bons conseils (elles nous ont pris notre réservation des excursions ainsi que la réservation de la voiture déposée à l' hôtel (très pratique) Elles nous ont trouvé un restau hyper sympa avec vue sur la caldeira et coucher de soleil pour fêter un anniversaire. Elles sont geniales ainsi que tout le personnel. Il y a aussi le petit déjeuner délicieux et copieux qui change tous les jours. Super hôtel. Si l on revient, on n hésitera pas, ce sera celui là, très bien placé.

La pileta q no use

El baño no tenia mampara , terminaba tdo el piso mojado, tampoco había para apoyar los artículos de aseo, no tenia donde colgar las toallas grandes , en la habitación no tenia un apoya valijas ( lugar tiene) tampoco un perchero ( pared tiene) El televisor extremadamente chico y encima lejos de la cama

This place was so amazing. Everything was so clean and pretty. The staff here were phenomenal. You can tell they take so much pride in this place. Hospitality was amazing and I felt so cared for during my stay here. They even helped us set up some great excursions which picked us up right from the hotel!! The breakfast was so good and the facilities were amazing. This property is in a great location, 10 minute walk to Fira and just enough outside the town that it didn’t feel crowded. We loved staying here and would come back again for sure.
