Czysty basen, czyste pokoje, fajne śniadania. Wystarczająca ilość leżaków przy basenie na ilość gości. Położenie super - trochę na uboczu, ale nadal max 10 minut pieszo (pod górę) do centrum wydarzeń.

Brak reakcji personelu na głośne, nocne imprezy pokojowe niektórych gości. Może pomogłaby informacja o ciszy nocnej np. 23cia do 7mej? Kuchnia przy basenie (jedyna w obiekcie) czynna do 17tej.

Hotel was lovely, staff were very nice and helpful

Not sure if it was our hotel or hotels surrounding but they had a live singer one night and went on till midnight which was ok but didn’t help when we had to get up early for flight next morning.

Fabulous staff, very attentive! Breakfast was also amazing, different selection each morning. Perfect location, 10 minute walk from centre of Fira.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, nice pool and balcony for night view and lovely breakfast! Cleaning is good as well.

A bit far from the city center. It will be good if you book a car.

Everything about our stay at this property was fantastic! We had a wonderful room close to the pool with a hot tub which was always kept lovely and clean. The staff and service were the best we’ve ever experienced - we were offered coffee on arrival and were treated like royalty around the pool. Margarita works especially hard and nothing is too much of an ask of her. She was an absolute delight to be around. Christos went above and beyond for my Mum to celebrate her 60th in style and we really appreciated him. The food & cocktails were great, especially the salads! Both mum and I will be delighted to come back again. If considering where to stay we would highly recommend Fira and this hotel. It is 10 minutes away from the main town with plenty restaurants and bars. Oia was far too busy in comparison but a nice day trip! Thank you to everyone at Callia Suites for the best holiday. We loved this hotel! Our stay was perfect, the room was gorgeous and very confortable. The pool area was lovely, the breakfast offer was great with loads of options and local specialties too. Everyone made us feel welcome and contributed to a brilliant stay, we’ll gladly come back again
