"If you whant a perfect lodging you should stay at this hotel."

The location is very Good, so you can get to Fira’s downtown by 5 minutes walking, view is completely amazing and sunsets are great. The breakfast is very complete and delicious. The room is amazing and Sofia the manager is always helping you with everything you need.

The jacuzzi doesn’t heat to much.

Es war alles fantastisch. Wir waren rund um zufrieden und wurden sehr liebevoll Empfang. Und sollte es an irgendwas fehlen konnten wir jederzeit Sofia kontaktieren. Die sich um jede unsere Belange umgehend gekümmert hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

"Beautiful views and location but staff was frustrating and added stress to the vacation."

The location and views were amazing.

A lot of miscommunication from the staff, I was placed it the wrong room and quickly told them right when arrived. Then they told me they will check in them morning. I had to transfer and repack to be moved. To make up for inconvenience, I got a description of a floating pool breakfast that had pictures of a nice bottle of Prosecco then told no prosecco just a tray. I was told various prices for laundry. It was just frustrating and put a damper on the vacation.

Virkelig fantastisk lokalisation som både ligger enormt centralt i Fira men samtidig ikke midt i den mest voldsomme turisme. Helt unik udsigt. Skøn terrasse. Helt igennem fantastisk morgenmad! Værtinden var sød og hjælpsom og altid imødekommen.
