The location the distance from Mandir is very near it is walking.The team was proactive. it is a recently build property so it is well kept. it has a lift

Cointuos follow up after booking. Nonavailablity of food had booked a 5 bedroom got only 2 double beds. It would be good if they could provide good tea and basic breakfast . the tea was ordered from outside which was expensive and bad.

Bus does not go near hotel car ok

Very close l, walking distance to Ambadevi temple.

Bedsheets had stains. This is not acceptable.

Rooms

Near temple but bus doesn’t go near the hotel staff helped in carrying bags from road a few hundred meters away

No restaurant or room service

Four bed cots were given for a family of more than 4 members and I liked it. No issues with hot water. The stay is also very near to the temple.

The staff there are not accepting credit cards or debit cards. They are sticked on to phone pe or cash. Behaviour with the customer matters the most. No proper car parking either. The hotel itself is in a conjusted place. Very difficult for car parking if the hotel is booked fully.

Location is good as it's very near Mahalaxmi temple however place is very crowded & required efforts to drive to reach hotel

Staff is not professional at all. They didn't even helped to keep luggage in car at checkout. Don't have space to park vehicle, mine car was parked on road.
