There was nobody even to ask for water, which is the minimum courtesy in our country. We ourselves asked for the water. Only one bottle was served for three persons. Nobody was constantly available at the reception. At the time of checkout nobody was there. We had to search for the concerned person, who was available in some other cafe. There were no chairs and table which are minimum requirements in a room. There were some webs in the room. Overall cleanliness should be ensured in the room before allotting it to others. Cots are making noise while sitting. They require maintenance. Money generation only should not be the motto.
