Staff is friendly and accommodative and volunteered to upgrade us to their deluxe room.

Despite being upgraded to the deluxe room, the Room lacked hygiene, the water tap in the bathroom was leaking, there were cockroaches in the room. Bedsheets had stain marks and we had to request replacement. The approach road to the hotel is under repairs, so the cab dropped us few meters away from the entrance, which was discomforting as we had to carry our luggage and walk upto the hotel entrance. Dinner options were limited

The room was good but the upkeep was very bad. I found a cockroach in the bathroom, which was never expected! I had booked from 21/4/25 to 29/4/25 from the third day onwards there was no warm water, when told, I was informed that the motor is not functioning. Repeated complaints not heeded, finally I have to change the hotel! When booked the booking was with complimentary breakfast, but while settling the bill breakfast was charged. Had this been informed earlier at the time of booking, I would have gladly taken breakfast outside. The breakfast provided was the same items throughout, idly which was hard to break up, dosaa and puttu. On the whole a very bad experience.
