the location is strategic as it is near to Mydin Mall and many other shops. many restaurants and stall nearby. it is clean. one lady staff is very friendly and attentive.

The ventilation.room on the ground floor needs to be improved because it is molded and smell of the mold, which makes staying at the room uncomfortable. overall not bad.
