The room was clean and air conditioning worked well. Water dispensers and irons are available on each floor. Inexpensive.

No housekeeping, rubbish were not taken out from the room. The provided body wash was very little, , luckily we brought our own body wash. The main entrance door was broken so the staff had to let the guests enter manually.

the costumer service was really bad , we took a family package and we only got 3 pillow , we ask for some extra and they told us that they doesn't have any , the room was too small for 4 people , no welcoming drink and the clothes hanger ( without a hanget ) was at the top of the table ???? doesn't make any sense .
