No breakfast provided after paying for it and room provided was different

Restaurant not available in the hotel. Breakfast brought from roadside shop but that also not hygienic. Location is on the highway and good for those who are having car.

We booked 2 suite rooms. First of all, full of dust in both the rooms and no cleaning and no proper maintenance but the hotel looks recently constructed (say 1 year or 2 years). Heater was not working at all. AC was not working in one of the rooms (Room no. 315) . Tea or coffee items were not available in the rooms for making using kettle. Balcony doors were closed with screw and not accessible due to honey bees entry.

Nothing special but friendly welcome

Not clean rooms, still unser construction, too costly for the location and facilities, gave kitchen paper instead of toilet paper, ants in room everywhere
