"Location is good, but service quality is slow and understaffed."

Location is good on the highway and easily accessible. Toiletries were provided

Rooms balcony was not clean. Small insects during night time entering inside, although balcony door were closed. Room service was very slow.ordered dinner. It took 1.5hrs for preparation and delivery to room although the food fresh. We had to make multiple calls to enquire the ETA. Agree the I feel they are understaffed. Restaurants is still under construction. Coffee was not hot evethough provided in a flask and only item option for breakfast is not feasible. The amount including breakfast is heavily priced.
