I had a very disappointing stay here. The location is at the far end of Chandigarh in an area that doesn’t feel good or convenient. The staff was not supportive at all, and the service was extremely poor. The washroom had nothing provided — no towel, toothpaste, or toothbrush. The blanket was dirty and looked used, and the mattress was flat, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. Overall, the experience was unpleasant and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The staffs were rude. Services were horrible. Worst food that i have ever had. The washroom was not clean. They cleaned it after complaining that too after arguing. Phone in the room was not working. Only one towel was provided in a double room. After requesting multiple times,they provided a wet towel. Didn't get breakfast as promised.
