There is nothing I like about this hotel. It is very dirty. I already paid including taxes, but when checking in, they still charged a deposit. I don’t understand what the deposit is for when the whole room is dirty, including the toilet floor. Even the walls look very old with peeling paint. There is a lot of dust everywhere.

The receptionist was very rude. When I asked them to clean the toilet, they entered our room wearing slippers and even swept the floor using the same slippers. The receptionist is a foreigner and still took my deposit. The service was very bad.
