"It was over priced for money we paid, room was good, but amenities were not meeting expectations"

Location of Property was good

The services were not good, they didn't provide basic facilities like kits in wash rooms, iron in room, everything was on demand, it was not worth to money. There were no much options in breakfast and dinner buffet.

The hotel is very clean. Praveen who was working the reception was very professional and helpful. There was hot water and a restaurant with good food for the price you pay.

One of the waiters did little things way over the top in order to get a tip. Such as turning a glass so you can then pour a drink in it yourself. It made me feel very uncomfortable so I declined to give him a tip. The night after he 'forgot' to pass the order for the meal to the kitchen. I had to wait for 1,5 hour before the meal preparation even started. This is India of course, but I did not expect this because of the professionalism I experienced earlier.
