The hygenic environment of the room. For any female, the bathrooms need to be clean, and the hotel keeps the bathrooms clean. The rooms were tidy, and everything was comfortable. The room service was great. The food quality at the restaurant was awesome and the taste too.

Cleanliness and location accessibility.

It felt like different people telling different rules. I had my mom (paralysed patient) we had to request them quite lot of times to give the food in the room which they did but we had tell them and request lot many times so we think the hotel authorities should understand the situations.
