"Okayish rooms for this price."

Location, all the required shops are nearby

The rooms are unclean. No cleaning was done before our checkin. Used Bottles, Hairs were lying around our beds. Bedsheets had stains and was not replaced. Though breakfast was inclusive of cost, breakfast was not provided.
