overall cleanliness. People were not profound. In the night, I arrived around 11 PM, but who was not properly made. Everything was scattered everywhere. There was a usually leakage of water in the room.

Pets allowed, Big room, 2 kingsize beds, ample space work desk, bathroom was big, cooperative staff, breakfast was delicious.

Water leakage near bed, no hot water in bathroom, windows from service corridor hence no privacy, satellite TV not working (later fixed). Live Insects under bed, need pest control.

The room was spot clean, ample amenities were there, the restaurant hostess was really nice to us and so was the reception lady. They went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful, Onsite restaurant is also nice, the music is the cherry on top. Food was grat too!

Just the location.. Its quite far from the railway station, but if you want to stay away from the hustble bustle and looking for a quiet stay, this hotel is apt.

Inappropriate lighting throughout the property. Lights inside the washroom insufficient... Difficult to shave... Breakfast options very limited

No hot water available as there is winter season and too cold atmosphere.There was no stool in the bathroom.
