Near to my work place, has car parking.. silent place away from road traffic. Food outlet are near so can order from food app. It can be lit bit cheaper on the cost side.

It can me little bit cheaper on cost side. Food facility or breakfast can add in more visitors and booking.. Good maintenance of wash room.
