Everything...!! Location and Actual name is different. I am surprised how booking.com add the property without verification...??? Not at all worth of the price. Dirty and full of Dust Room and bathroom...!! Refer the picture for proof if needed. Pathetic, no hospitality, arrogant staff and handling service industry is unbelievable.

The restaurant on the ground floor proved to be a nice place.

The property has actually two names on Booking site - one is Thiviyam Airport Hotel and the other is Saibala Grand Airport Hotel, which are the same. Thiviyam is actually the name of the restaurant in the Saibala Hotel. This is extremely confusing for one-time visitors, and a problem that must be fixed. My taxi driver did not know about the Thiviyam hotel, so we entered into a useless discussion with local people where it might be, because I did not write down the phone number of the hotel. Be prepared to such things in India, and it is always advisable to write down the phone number of the hotel.
