A localização não é má. Próxima do comércio e numa zona calma. O ambiente é calmo e num estilo clássico e antigo. Os quartos são grandes e o ar condicionado funciona relativamente bem. O hotel é antigo e os quartos já precisavam de uma melhoria.

O quarto cheirava muito a mofo. A casa de banho também cheirava mal e não tinha artigos de higiene, ao pedir só colocaram sabonete, o que já não foi mau pelo menos podia lavar as mãos. As toalhas eram velhas. Quase sem tomadas eléctricas. E todas longe da cama. Os quartos já estão mesmo a precisar de uma renovação.
