La localisation ,la piscine et les espaces communs

Problème de wifi : la connectivité était instable dans les chambres Impossible de regarder la télé car le wifi était instable Présence de cafard dans la chambre Drap taché et salle de bain mal nettoyé Sous le lit il y a à manger pour tous les nuisibles ,c'est à se poser des questions sur la qualité du nettoyage.

Location,pool area and staff

Room smelt and wasnt clean, bathroom was disgusting, water pressure was low. Towels were small and old and was only given 2 for 3 people. Bedding was horrible, pillows were gross.. used my own pillows and ouw shower mat.. had booked 2 nights and only stayed 1.. its not hard to clean properly

Only one plug socket in the room away from the bed. Cannot charge the phone from the bed. AC is very poor. Thick duvet only no sheet. It took a long time to get the temperature in the shower.

A nice hotel with a short walk to the beach. Not much to complain about

As with many hotels here in Asia, it's time for a little refresh. It's starting to show a little wear and tear, but I would definitely stay there again

Nice pool, simple restaurant, and central location in Kuta. Close to the beach and several restaurants, grocery stores, and more, closeby!

It took a few room changes to get to my last room, which I really liked. Previously, the bathroom had mold but in the end, I felt very cozy in my last room and enjoyed my stay at Sorga!
