"Horrible experience"

Nothing at all

1) Room was very dirty and not maintained properly. Bedsheets were stained and torned. Bed was full of dust. 2) Bathroom was the worst with broken toilet and dirty door and floor. 3) Geyser was just a show-piece. They provided keys of a different room only to use the geyser, which was in a different floor. That room's bathroom was dirty and drain was clogged with garbage.
