Locație superbă, personal amabil, ospitalieri, in general mâncarea foarte bună. La piscină apa foarte curată.

La micul dejun șunca am nimerit într-o zi să fie mai veche, se simțea la gust, textură și miros. Iar pentru cei cu probleme digestive, (ex. SCI) sunteți limitați la bucătărie. Dar în general a fost super bine.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Poezia in Negrești. The staff were extremely kind and friendly, always making us feel welcome. The location is amazing, the breakfast is generous and varied, and everything was very clean and well kept. Overall, it was a great experience with just a few areas that could be better addressed.

On the downside, the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable, which made sleeping a bit difficult. Also, the floor in the swimming pool area was very slippery — my daughter even slipped and fell there, fortunately without a bad accident. This does make it a safety concern that could be improved.

Das Hotel verdient bei weitem keine vier Sterne, höchstens zwei. Das Gebäude ist abgenutzt, die Zimmer sind geschmacklos eingerichtet, zwar sauber, aber das Haus ist insgesamt sehr, sehr laut. Auch der Wellnessbereich lässt stark zu wünschen übrig. Trotz mehrmaliger Bitte wurde die Dampfbad nicht eingeschaltet. Es scheint dem Hotel egal zu sein, ob es zwei Sterne hätte. Ständig wird das Fleisch geklopft – vermutlich für Schnitzel. Das passiert schon früh am Morgen und auch abends, zuletzt um 22:40 Uhr, als ich hinunterging, um mich zu beschweren, dass man nicht schlafen kann. Ich hatte meine Kinder schon ins Bett gebracht, und trotzdem wurde noch Fleisch vorbereitet. Der Besitzer kam heraus und sagte, dass er am nächsten Tag eine Veranstaltung, eine Hochzeit, habe, und dass man nichts dagegen tun kann. Aber man fährt doch in den Urlaub, um sich zu erholen. Das ist inakzeptabel. Offiziell mag es vielleicht vier Sterne haben, aber realistisch betrachtet sind es höchstens zwei.

Absolutely Everything was perfect! From the reception staff to the impeccable service at breakfast, definitely a pleasant stay. Big room, clean, stunning view and great location.

Facilitățile și faptul ca e un Hotel relativ nou.

Prețul puțin cam mare pentru ceea ce se oferă și pentru zona. Totuși, discutăm de un hotel în pădure la Negrești Oaș și nu unul din capitala.
